A win by UP Warriorz over Gujarat Giants ensured a top-three finish for UP Warriorz whereas the win by Delhi Capitals over Mumbai Indians meant that the table-topper will be decided based on the result of the last two matches on Tuesday.

Gujarat Giants vs UP Warriorz
Gujarat Giants Women won the toss and decided to bat first. They posted a respectable 178/6 thanks to the fifties from Ashleigh Gardener and Dayalan Hemlatha. Their 93 runs partnership was the key period in the Gujarat Giants’ innings which provided them some hope.

The second match of the day was between the two table toppers but it was uncharacteristically one-sided as Delhi Capitals Women took their revenge on Mumbai Indians Women. Sent into bat Mumbai Indians collapsed early and at the stage was 10/3 with both Hayley Matthews and Natalia Sciver-Brunt dismissed.
They kept losing wickets at regular intervals and late innings contributions from Pooja Vastrakar, Issy Wong and Harmanpreet Kaur took them beyond a hundred as they finished on 109/8 in 20 overs. For the Capitals, Marizanne Kapp was the peak of the bowler as she, Shikha Pandey, and Jess Jonassen picked up two wickets each.
