Rajasthan Royals opted to bowl first as it looked like a high-scoring pitch. However, their decision to bowl first backfired them as Punjab Kings’ young opener Prabhsimran Singh started playing aggressive shots right from the word go.

Prabhsimran Singh along with his skipper Shikhar Dhawan took his side’s total to 63-0 in the power play. While Dhawan was holding one end, the young opener kept attacking all the Punjab Kings bowlers in the RR vs PBKS match.

Prabhsimran Singh had played a scintillating knock of 60 runs off just 33 deliveries and looked like taking the game away from Rajasthan Royals. However, Jos Buttler with his brilliant fielding effort made sure that the young batter was dismissed soon.

RR pacer Jason Holder bowled a short and wide delivery to Prabhsimran in the 10th over of Punjab Kings’ innings. The young opening batter tried hitting another maximum but ended up slicing it as the ball went up in the air.

At first, it looked like the ball will fall in no man’s land but Jos Buttler covered some good ground as he knew the importance of this wicket. Buttler made a full-stretch dive, got both hands to the ball, and made sure to hold onto the catch despite falling on the ground.
