“Some of you might not know this, but Greeny and I actually went to the same school back in Australia. He was a few years younger than me, just a cheeky little bugger. He was not as tall as he is now, and he just used to smack me everywhere I had the side-arm throwing at him, and I tried to bump him, but I just could not get him out. Very excited and proud of you mate”, said Tim David.

Tim rated the run-out his favourite and expressed his happiness for the contribution he provided to his team. David claims he was quite disappointed when the two batsmen went for the second run after a bullet-like throw. He was told by Surya Kumar Yadav that, the ball hit the stumps on time, and it was indeed a run-out, and Washington Sundar has been dismissed.

Mumbai Indians registered three back-to-back wins after losing their first two games against Royal Challengers Bangalore and Chennai Super Kings in the IPL. MI is currently in the 6th position in the points table. The team will play their next match on 22nd April 2023 against Punjab Kings (PBKS) in the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai.
