This incredible achievement places him alongside cricket legends like Herschelle Gibbs, Yuvraj Singh, and Kieron Pollard, all of whom have previously accomplished this feat in international matches.

Gibbs first reached this milestone during the 2007 ODI World Cup against the Netherlands, followed by Yuvraj Singh at the T20 World Cup 2007 against England’s Stuart Broad. More recently, Kieron Pollard matched this record against Sri Lanka.

Airee’s momentous over came against Qatar’s Kamran Khan, driving the ball to all parts of the field in the 20th over of Nepal’s innings. This feat quickly went viral on social media platforms, including X (formerly Twitter), captivating cricket fans worldwide.

In the match details, Nepal set a formidable total of 210/7 in their 20 overs, with opener Aasif Sheikh contributing a solid 52 from 41 balls. Airee was the standout performer, blasting 64 runs from just 21 balls, including three fours and seven sixes.

Qatar, in their chase, was led by captain Muhammad Tanveer who scored a brisk 63 from 33 balls. Despite their efforts, Qatar fell short, managing 178/9, and Nepal clinched the match by 32 runs. Airee’s explosive performance earned him the ‘Player of the Match’ award.
