Watch: Rohit Sharma Apologizes as Jasprit Bumrah Accidentally Bumps into Ollie Pope During Match
On the fourth day of the ongoing Test match between India and England at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium at Hyderabad, it was Ollie Pope’s strong show with the bat that hogged the limelight. He reached his 150 in the English innings after being dismissed on just 1 run in the first innings of the match to complete a highly significant milestone. After having an unfortunate start with the bat in the first innings, Pope managed to stand tall and engineered a certain amount of runs against the Indian bowlers at last.
However, in the 81st over of the innings, there was an interesting incident when Jasprit Bumrah pushed Ollie Pope who was running for a single run. It looked more of a reaction due to frustration from Bumrah which created momentary tension on the ground. Despite this, Ollie Pope continued his strong innings, becoming a significant challenge for the Indian bowlers.
